This Grilled Caesar Salad with Shrimp Sushi is a creative take on traditional sushi. It has the tastes of a classic Caesar salad with grilled shrimp wrapped in sushi rice and nori seaweed. It's a tasty and refreshing sushi option that's great for any event.
Ingredients:
- 4 nori seaweed sheets
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 1 cup grilled shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Soy sauce, for dipping
Instructions:
A nori sheet should be put on a bamboo sushi mat
Cover the nori with a thin layer of sushi rice, leaving about an inch of space at the top
In the middle of the rice, make a line of grilled shrimp, romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese
With the bamboo mat, roll the sushi up tightly starting from the bottom and putting light pressure on it to seal
With a sharp knife, cut the sushi roll into small pieces that are easy to eat
